Widely known as 3 piece machine as it covers 3 operations viz. filling, inner plugging and capping, we had developed a fully automatic multi-axis servo driven machine with pick and place system for accurate inner plugging and cap placement. Apart from that, machine has servo driven torque control capping system to cap the containers. This is a very compact machine providing efficient packaging to such plastic containers. The filling operation can be executed with the help of servo driven imported rotary syringes or peristaltic pumps depending upon client’s need.
