Automatic Advanced Servo Based PFS De Nesting Machine
De-Nester is use to automatically unload PFS from its nest in quick and careful manner. The filled and plungered syringes tub is manually fed into de-nester infeed station.
A robot picks the syringes filled nest and places into operation station where syringes are discharged automatically from each row of nest and are fed into infeed track of plunger rod insertion and labeling machine.
