This is a second machine in PFS packaging line which is a combination of 2 operations in same machine i.e. plunger rod insertion and labeling on syringes.
Plunger rods are inserted with the help of pick and place system for proper placement and then syringe is labeled immediately on the same machine. The labeling dispenser on this machine is equipped with advance stepper motor for better accuracy.
The design of these machines are very compact despite of performing 2 operations at same time and it also has PFS rejection system in case of no plunger rod on PFS and no label on PFS.
These machines can be provided with 21 CFR part 11 compliance SCADA system as per the client’s need.
