This is last machine in PFS packaging line which is a combination of 2 operations in same machine I.e. safety device engagement and labeling on syringe.
PFS are inserted inside safety device with the help of pick and place system for proper placement and then the safety device is labeled immediately on the same machine. The labeling dispenser on this machine is equipped with advance stepper motor for better accuracy.
The design of these machines are very compact despite of doing 2 operations at same time and it also has safety device rejection system in case of no PFS inside preventis and no labeling on preventis.
These machines can be provided with 21 CFR part 11 compliance SCADA system as per the client’s need.
